You will need the proof card to access your personal gallery. The card gives you the folder number and unique password to access the pictures – don’t lose it!
HOW DO I SEE MY PICTURES?
You have several ways of accessing your pictures.
The easiest is to scan the QR code with a smartphone.

Open your camera on your phone, point it at the QR, wait for the link to appear on the screen and click the link (don’t take a pic of the QR, that doesn’t take you to the link) Enter the password and away you go.

Go to www.picman.co.uk, select galleries in the top left corner, select the school (either using the icon or the text) select the class, select the folder number listed on your card, enter the password.

Type into your browser the URL listed on your proof card and enter your password.
HOW DO I ORDER?
You can order digital or prints.
PRINTS
Click through to the picture you want to order is on the screen and the options are on the right. Click the “ADD” button at the side of the pck that you would like to order and a pack of that image will be added to the cart. If you want to add another park of that picture, click “ADD” again and the second pack of that picture will be added to the cart. If you want, you can scroll trough to a different picture and add a pack of that picture to the cart. Check your cart and then complete the check out process by filling in your details and going through to the payment.
DIGITAL
You can order the high-res files of the images for home use or printing at a lab. The pictures are sent out via an email link when the images are processed, you are not ordering an instant download. The links will be sent to the email address listed on the account that you create on our website after the cut off date. You will receive a link to download the images from a website called wetransfer. You click on the link in the email, you will go to their website and then you click the “download” button to pull the images to your device. You can do this on as many devices and as many times you want for 1 month.
DIGITAL FOR INDIVIDUAL CHILDREN
We charge per child – not per picture like other photographers. It is £29 for ALL OF THE PICTURES IN THE FOLDER of that child, regardless of how many were taken – normally four or more shots. Get to your folder and pull up a picture so that you can see the options on the right. Select the “ADD” button next to option “G” to add all of those pictures to the cart.
PLEASE NOTE - only one picture will show in the cart, but as long as it is option G that is selected, you will receive everything in that folder.
DIGITAL SIBLING PICTURES
You have 2 options.

ORDERING BOTH THE INDIVIDUAL PICTURES AND THE GROUP PICTURES
When you order both (or more) sets of individual pictures, you will receive the group shots free of charge, but the website isn’t set up to allow you to add them without being charged. In order for you to receive the group pictures you will have to check out with the individual pictures, make a note of the paid order and then email us on support@picman.co.uk with “SIBLINGS” and the order number in the subject line and let us know which group folder number you would like us to add to the download free of charge. Apologies for the work around.

ORDERING ONLY THE GROUP PICTURES
If you don’t need the individual pictures and just want the group pictures, simply get to the folder in the sibling section of the website when the pictures of the children sat together are located. Get a picture on the screen and click the “ADD” button located next to “PACK G” to add that folder of pictures to your cart.
